With the looming deadline of agrarian reform implementation, Centro Saka, Inc. embarked on a survey to check the reported accomplishment of the Department of Agrarian Reform in the distribution of private agricultural lands. The aim was to gather data that might help resolve some of the nagging issues. The results of the survey is presented in this monograph.
